The pumpkins arrive!
The pumpkins arrive!

For the second year in a row the staff and students at East Street School want to extend a warm fall thank you to Meadow View Farms in Southwick, MA for their generous donation of thirty pumpkins.  This donation enables each classroom to decorate a pumpkin to be displayed during the upcoming East Street School Family Fun Night scheduled for October 25th.

Mr. Skip Todesco, an employee at  Meadow View Farm, is a friend of Preschool teacher Mrs. Jaime Jacquier, and her family, and has been instrumental  in making the pumpkin donations come to fruition.   Jacquier’s husband  made  the special pumpkin delivery on October 17th (see photo below).

“This donation is very much appreciated by all of us,”shared East Street School Principal, Mr. Thomas Welch.  “Our students enjoy being able to collaborate with their peers to create a classroom pumpkin;  and the families are delighted to see their creations on Family Fun Night.”
